Payment Policy
- Cash Payment: You may choose to pay in cash. We can collect the payment at your hotel after your booking has been confirmed. (Only for hotels in the Ao Nang zone.)
- Local Bank Transfers: Local customers may pay via direct bank transfer, internet banking, mobile banking, or ATM.
- You can choose to pay via PayPal.
- Payment Confirmation: Once payment has been received, we will send you a booking confirmation and receipt. Please make the payment directly to the following bank account:
- Kasikorn Bank (KBank)

- Account Name: Mr. Weerasak Onboot
Payments can be made via ATM, online banking, or in-person cash deposit at any KBank branch.
- Payment Notification: After completing the transfer, please notify us by sending an email or a copy of the payment slip.
- Full Payment Requirement: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Booking Deadline: Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled travel date.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of emergencies such as accidents or illness, please provide an official medical certificate from a hospital or other relevant documents for refund consideration.
- Standard Cancellation: To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.
- No Show: If the customer fails to arrive at the designated time and location, no refund will be issued.
- Refund Process: All refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original method of payment.
