Payment Policy

 
  1. Cash Payment: You may choose to pay in cash. We can collect the payment at your hotel after your booking has been confirmed. (Only for hotels in the Ao Nang zone.)
  2. Local Bank Transfers: Local customers may pay via direct bank transfer, internet banking, mobile banking, or ATM.
  3. You can choose to pay via PayPal.
  4. Payment Confirmation: Once payment has been received, we will send you a booking confirmation and receipt. Please make the payment directly to the following bank account:
  • Kasikorn Bank (KBank)
  • Account Number: 589-2-18130-8
  • Account Name: Mr. Weerasak Onboot

      Payments can be made via ATM, online banking, or in-person cash deposit at any KBank branch.

  1. Payment Notification: After completing the transfer, please notify us by sending an email or a copy of the payment slip.
  2. Full Payment Requirement: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  3. Booking Deadline: Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled travel date.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

  1. Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of emergencies such as accidents or illness, please provide an official medical certificate from a hospital or other relevant documents for refund consideration.
  2. Standard Cancellation: To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  3. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.
  4. No Show: If the customer fails to arrive at the designated time and location, no refund will be issued.
  5. Refund Process: All refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original method of payment.
